1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Advance Payment: A 20% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. This payment is non-refundable.

1.2 Timing: Our services will be provided during the timing specified at the time of booking. Any additional time required by the client will be subject to additional charges.

1.3 Post-Production: Post-production work will commence only after the client has selected the files for editing. Delays in file selection may result in a delay in the delivery of final products.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 Booking Confirmation: To confirm your booking, please make the advance payment via our website or contact us at office@wideangle.co.in for alternative payment methods.

2.2 Accommodation and Meals: During the shoot, the client is responsible for providing suitable accommodation and meals for our team. We require comfortable accommodations for our team to refresh during shoot days.

3. Additional Terms

3.1 Responsibility: During the shoot, the client is responsible for the safety and well-being of our team.

3.2 Extra Time: If the client requires additional time beyond the agreed booking, additional charges may apply.

3.3 Communication: Please communicate any specific requirements or changes to your booking in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Client: In the event of cancellation by the client, the advance payment will not be refunded. However, the client may reschedule the booking subject to availability.

4.2 Cancellation by Wide Angle Photography: Wide Angle Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment failure. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made or a full refund will be provided.

5. Copyright and Licensing

5.1 Ownership: Wide Angle Photography retains ownership of all photographs and videos taken during the shoot.

5.2 Usage Rights: The client is granted non-exclusive usage rights for the photographs and videos for personal or promotional purposes. Commercial use of the content requires prior written consent from Wide Angle Photography.
